Karthik Venkatachalam is the Founder and CEO at IR-Ideate. An Entrepreneur and International Relations scholar, he started up after a career in Information Technology spanning over 16 years. Karthik has Master’s degrees in Computer Science and International Relations.

Mayurikaa Sivakumar

Mayurikaa Sivakumar is the cofounder and COO at IR-Ideate. An entrepreneur with a creative flair, she previously owned a fashion brand called Chromist. Mayurikaa brings a unique blend of tech and business insight to her role, holding a bachelor's degree in AI and certification as a career counselor.

Ramya Kolla is the Chief Product Officer (CPO) at IR-Ideate. With a Master's degree in Business Administration, Ramya has built a dynamic career as a Product Manager, having worked with esteemed organizations including UN Women and S&P.
